CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

All drawings are made to order. Each drawing is fully personalised using your chosen photo. If you require any edits, these must be request when you received your preview email. Any edits requested after the final image has been sent, will incur a £12 administrative fee. 

Please note you will only be allowed two edits in total, addional edits, will incur a charge. 

The drawing is only as accurate as the photo you provide. So please make sure the image provided is a true representation of its muse. If the features on the photo are small or not clear, we are not to be held responsible for any inaccuracies. 

All our drawings are hand drawn and take time and skill. You are not just paying for the finished product, you are paying for the artists time.
